I need a tablet!

The day every netizen is looking forward to is 27 Jan 2010. With a gazillian bajellian photos and forums dedicated to it, Apple seems to be unveiling a new product. But that son-of-bitch Steve Jobs doesn't want to reveal what it is anytime before the mentioned date. But the rumour mills have been doing their rounds, speculating the possibilities of an Apple Tablet PC (iSlate or iPad) and a new generation of iPhone OS which would once again revolutionalize the touch screen market. Come Jan 27 and once again, in Apple's empire, San Fransisco, Steve Jobs will hold up his new born like Jesus being shown to the shepherds. And if he comes up with something even a nanometer below the expectations, someone will definetely murder him. I would advise all the people attending the release to carry along a few tomatoes and eggs, just in case. If the git has the nerves to unveil a silly product such as a new iPod or Mac, smash all of them on his shiny, bald head. COME ON BUDDY!! Tell us WTF

Practical Bullshit

I wonder which jobless fool, an old dying man or a meddlesome lecturer, got the idea of introducing practical physics and chemistry into the AP State Board Intermediate syllabus. Practicals are of no use in the way it's taught for us. It's of no use in the world of IIT and AIEEE and the endless list of competitive exams. It's considered to be a waste of time by the lecturers. An hour of brain bombardment sacrificed to an unworthy cause drawing magnetic lines on a chart or mixing chemicals (which half the time do not show the expected result. The lecturer salvages himself by uttering the unquestionable words - "The chemicals are too dilute"). For the students though, it's probably the very few times that can be enjoyed during college. Break a few test tubes or lift a magnet or two. While acids are supposed to be handled with extreme care, they are treated like a childs playthings, drawn from buckets through mugs (Acids should be carefully drawn, using suction t

Indi-Bond??

Hmm... 3 Idiots has inspired a lot of people it seems.. All the guys an gals I meet are talking about following your interests and not be crushed under your parents' thumb. Ofc, I do understand that this has nothing to do with what I am gonna blog, but felt the movie deserved a mention in my world famous blog. Aamir Khan, I want a share in your profits. See how well I am advertising your film?? I was reading about the CIA today. Took a sudden interest in espionage. Imagine an Indian secret agent working for Research & Analysis Wing (R&AW, the Indian equivalent to CIA, MI6). He would probably be a Bond sans the cars, gadgets, girls and Moneypenny. Now how boring is that?? But anyway, I would say it is a lot better than sitting in a classroom studying something you don't prefer. After briefly flirting with the possibility of studying in dreamland, my next crush seems to be a secret agent career. Let's see how long this relationship can last. Hoping this one will work
